We lose 300ml water / per hour while we are on the plane because it's very dry inside. Lacks of water makes you feel tired, dizzy or vomiting, so having enough water is very important. However, some drinks are not suitable to have it on the plane. For example, coffee makes your heart beat faster especially for those who seldom drink it.
