Today, I got a customer sending me a document with docx (Word 2007) which my old 2003 word doesn't support it. Looking around the web, someone charges a few dollars just converting the docx to doc file.

Luckily, I found microsoft puts a free docx to doc covnerter which allow me to convert it to doc format.
